1、 Explanation

The NCT type concentrated magnetic separator is specifically designed for the concentration of low concentration slurry in the magnetic separation process, increasing the concentration of the slurry. Mainly used in the grinding and selection process to increase the slurry concentration when the coarse particle slurry of the screened material enters the ball milling operation after high-frequency screening, in order to improve the grinding efficiency of the ball milling and reduce production costs. At the same time, the fine-grained concentration magnetic separator is applied to increase the slurry concentration before the iron concentrate enters the filtration operation, in order to improve the operating efficiency and quality of the filter machine, and effectively reduce the moisture content of the iron concentrate powder.

◇ High concentrate discharge concentration:

The magnetic system adopts a large angle design, which extends the selection length and unloading time.

Optimization design of the tank, optimizing the discharge gap and unloading height of the tank to achieve a concentrate discharge concentration of over 68%.

◇ High recycling rate:

The magnetic system adopts a high gradient design and a large angle structure, which effectively controls the grade of magnetic tailings and has a high recovery rate. It can directly dispose of tailings during concentration operations.

The upper part of the drum of the coarse particle concentration magnetic separator is equipped with a floating filter press roller, which exerts a constant pressure on the surface of the drum to squeeze out the remaining moisture in the mineral powder.
