3、 Principle

The WBC type semi magnetic tailings recovery machine uses neodymium iron boron as the magnetic material, and the sorting space has a medium magnetic zone and a weak magnetic zone, alternately forming a semi-circular magnetic system. The outer part of the magnetic system is equipped with a rotatable shell, which is fixed in place. A part of the shell is immersed in the slurry and continuously adsorbs magnetic particles in the slurry through continuous rotation. The magnetic particles roll continuously with the rotation of the shell, and their internal impurities are constantly cleaned and deslimed. The upper part of the semi-circular magnetic system has no magnetic field. When the magnetic material enters the non-magnetic area, it is discharged into the concentrate tank under the action of flushing water and material gravity.

The magnetic disk is a ring-shaped semi magnetic structure, and the aggregate disk (shell) is fully sealed. The lower part of the aggregate disk is immersed in the slurry tank, and magnetic particles in the slurry are continuously adsorbed through continuous rotation.

The magnetic disk has a medium magnetic field zone, a weak magnetic field zone, and a non-magnetic zone. The magnetic disk absorbs material in the magnetic zone and unloads material in the non-magnetic zone.

The magnetic zone adopts multiple sets of magnetic pairs with opposite polarity arranged alternately. The magnetic material continuously rolls and flushes during the rotation of the aggregate tray, resulting in higher purity and better recovery effect of the recovered magnetic material compared to ordinary tailings recovery machines.
