1、 Explanation

The CTS type downstream wet pre selection machine is suitable for pre selection and selection of coarse-grained strong magnetic materials with a particle size of 6-0mm, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with high magnetic field strength, high magnetic field gradient, large working gap, and high processing capacity. Multiple units can also work in series.

The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field zone, strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed away by water flow, and the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder are carried out of the magnetic field zone by the rotation of the cylinder and washed into the concentrate tank with washing water to complete the sorting operation.
