Cooperate with conveyor belts or other feeding devices to achieve online separation of ferromagnetic metals and real-time transfer. 2、 Characteristics

The CTZS upward suction magnetic separator has a unique magnetic circuit design, which can achieve both large magnetic penetration depth and high surface magnetic field. It adopts an upward suction installation method, effectively penetrates thick material layers, and can effectively adsorb large iron blocks and weak magnetic iron.

Adopting a large angle magnetic system design, the equipment body is equipped with star shaped paddles to achieve automatic online transfer or real-time iron unloading.

The surface of the drum adopts a double-layer design, with the main layer thickened to prevent impact and the auxiliary layer wear-resistant. The auxiliary layer is easy to install and disassemble, with simple and convenient operation, easy replacement, no need for professional repair at the factory, and saves time, effort, and money.

◇ Install along the direction of belt feeding and match with any inclined belt and other feeding devices. The optional control part can be interlocked with the belt conveyor, achieving both on-site manual control and centralized control.
