CQZ fully automatic on-line magnetic separator

CQZ full-automatic online magnetic separator is installed in the assembly line to realize online real-time automatic removal of iron in materials. The automatic timing controller can be set as continuous automatic real-time cleaning, and the cleaning time interval can be set according to the iron content. Its powerful magnetic field can remove the ferromagnetic materials in flowing, dry, flowing, powdery and fine particles.

Product description:

CQZ automatic on-line magnetic separator is mainly used for separating ferromagnetic impurities in powdery materials. It is arranged by at least four layers of magnetic rods in staggered layers so that the material can be fully contacted with the magnet in the process of falling. At least four-tier drawer-type magnet rod packs can be set up to continuously alternate iron unloading. When one of the layers is removed and unloaded, the other three layers can still ensure that the falling iron is absorbed.
