1、 Explanation
The HJPC wet disc magnetic separator is a new type of high gradient magnetic separation equipment independently developed by our company, with a high magnetic field strength of 16000 GS. It is a device specifically designed for cleaning weak magnetic iron in wet non-magnetic minerals. Just connect it in series with the production process equipment, and the material flows through this equipment. The lower half of the disk with strong suction force is immersed in the material. When the material passes through the gap between the disks, all materials passing through the disks are subjected to the action of the magnetic field. Magnetic substances can be fully adsorbed, and weak magnetic iron is adsorbed on the surface of the disk by strong suction force. With the rotation of the disk, the magnetic substance is carried out of the material circulation channel and forcibly removed by a special material and structure scraper. This device has the characteristics of handling high flow rates, low iron content, and the ability to clean weak magnetic iron. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as quartz sand, potassium feldspar, sodium feldspar, mica stone, silicon powder, ceramic slurry, etc.
